For small elementary school age children, size small which measures 7 inches (180 mm) works really well.  For teens and your petit adult women will find medium which measures 7.5 inches (190 mm) are perfect this age group. Wristbands PTSD Awareness Month

June marks Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Awareness month. Most people think that just those service personnel returning from war are affected by PTSD; however that is just not the case. Stress especially traumatic stress is one of the most dangerous, mainly because the scars are never seen just felt by those who suffer from PTSD.
